Payment
The Trader retains the ownership of the products, until the process of payment is completed. After that, the right of ownership passes to the Client.
The Client has two available payment options:
► By using a credit/debit card
Choose the payment option "credit/debit card" during the ordering process. You will be lead to a page (Borica) where you can enter your credit/debit card details. We suggest that you have your card details (card number, expiration date, 3-digit security code, name of the cardholder.) on hand. As soon as you have fully entered this data, your order will continue being processed.
The amount of the Client's card is charged immediately after successful transaction.
100% Safe Payments
Your safety is our highest priority, and that is why we use great caution and the highest safety standards while dealing with your personal data. For safe transferring of customer data during the ordering process and especially credit card details, we use the most advanced security system for online payment - Mastercard Secure Code and Verified by Visa. This is a safety code activation by your credit card provider.
When paying by card the Client pays only the cost of products. The cost of delivery is charged separately in the process of delivery, if the customer pays one. Transaction currency when paying by card is Bulgarian lev (BGN).
► By postal money transfer. The products are delivered by Speedy Express Delivery Company (www.speedy.bg). The Client pays directly the courier. Payment is only in cash. It is important that the Client keeps the receipt given by the courier, which also serves as a warranty card for the goods and is required upon return and warranty claims.
► By PayPal. Having completed your order, you are being redirected to the PayPal website. After you log into your PayPal account, you have to confirm your order again.
Refunding
► In case that the payment is made by a bank card, after receiving the product, we will refund your payment within five working days (depending on your bank/card).
► In case that the payment is made by postal money transfer, refunds are done when the Client sends back the product by cash-on-delivery. The Client also gives the Trader details about his bank account. When receiving the product, the Trader pays the value of the product to the courier. Speedy Delivery Express contacts the client within two working days in order to refund the amount.
► In case that the payment is made by PayPal, having received back the product/s, the Trader sends back the amount to the Client’s PayPal account. It is possible that the Trader withhold taxes (from the Client), that PayPal charged him during the transaction.
